The PowerStarts® Start-Dive Training SystemTM is an essential tool to train swimmers to use the physics of the PowerStarts® TechniqueTM. This deceptively simple-looking system has been painstakingly developed over the past 6 years, under the guidance of thorough research and the empirical results of extensive experimentation with swimmers of all sizes and abilities. Our detailed research and development efforts have earned recognition by and the protection of the US Patent Office. While it appears simple, it has been carefully optimized to guide the swimmer to properly execute a highly complex set of biomechanical motions, without the necessity of actually understanding what is happening. The swimmer just uses the apparatus, under the guidance of a Certified PowerStarts Coach, and his starts get faster and more powerful.
The PowerStarts® Start-Dive Training SystemTM has been designed to be fully compatible with the PowerStarts® Portable BlockTM. This provides the flexibility to locate the apparatus anywhere around the pool or dive well where there is sufficient space and sufficient depth for safe operation. Contact us today to find out more about hosting a PowerStarts® Clinic or becoming a Certified PowerStarts® Coach. Then you, too, can experience the Power behind the PowerStarts® TechniqueTM. CAUTION: PowerStarts® recommends performing start training only where there is sufficient depth of water to minimize the risk of the swimmer impacting the bottom of the pool. The American Red Cross recommends a depth of 9 feet. Please see our Safety Pages.
