Our expertise in start-dive techniques comes from our years of experience in studying nothing else other than competitive swimming racing start-dives. PowerStarts
® sets the standard for others to follow. Our technique analysis identifies, isolates, and studies the more than 50 aspects of a start-dive that occur in the first two-to-three seconds. There is so much to analyze in such a short window of time that it is impractical to think that any coach would attempt to try to analyze anyone’s start technique without the aid of our Training SystemTM and unique video analysis.

VIDEO ANALYSIS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONSTM
Our second key technology is our software architecture. We have developed a proprietary video management and processing technology that allows us to take multiple video inputs and encode them into multiple digital photos. That content is analyzed, processed and authored for standard television viewing using a DVD player or by using off the shelf PCs.
